Inclusive Hiring Toolkit

VWW staff have created an Inclusive Hiring Toolkit providing basic strategies and tools for employers to build truly inclusive workplaces for women with a history of involvement in the criminal justice system. The toolkit describes supportive policies and practices, focusing on removing barriers to employment, offering flexibility and access to resources, understanding individual needs, and addressing employee shortages across multiple industries.
If your workplace is ready to take the first step in harnessing the potential of ALL workers, explore the Inclusive Hiring Toolkit for Employers. View the toolkit in the Adobe reader below to access clickable links.
