Rhoni (she/her) joined VWW as Executive Director in 2019, bringing extensive leadership experience in advancing social and economic opportunities for underserved populations. Prior to this role, she served for eight years as Executive Director of Girls Inc. of the Tennessee Valley, where she led significant regional expansion efforts across East Tennessee. Earlier in her career, Rhoni worked in Seattle supporting Early Head Start program expansion initiatives. She holds a degree in Sociology, Law and Society from the University of San Francisco. Rhoni resides in Monkton, Vermont, with her husband and their two sons.

As Director of Finance and Operations, Suzanne (she/her) loves working behind the scenes to keep VWW running strong and efficiently. Suzanne comes with 20 years of experience in program and office administration at non-profits in Washington D.C. and Vermont. Suzanne lives in Montpelier with her husband and son, and likes to bike, bake, and organize vacations with her friends who live far away.

Kate is excited to join VWW in the summer of 2025. Through outreach, engagement and fundraising, Kate appreciates the opportunity to advocate for all VWW programs and to build awareness and support across the state. Whenever she can, Kate loves to join participants in using power tools and getting her hands dirty. When not working, Kate enjoys being outside in the woods, in her garden, on a run through the back roads of North Troy, and eating chocolate.

Margaret (she/her) joined VWW in 2023, following over 20 years of experience supporting equity, access, and inclusion for individuals with disabilities. As Senior Manager for Career Empowerment and Inclusion, Margaret supports VWW’s Employment & Career Services and Justice Services teams and oversees VWW’s workshops, consultative services, and the Gender Equity Advancement Roundtable (GEAR). When she’s not helping people and organizations succeed, you might find her teaching comprehensive sexuality education or chasing joy wherever she can.

Megg (she/her) joined VWW in 2024 after a career in college athletics. She champions equity, opportunity, and leadership development in her role at VWW, managing career training and exploration programs for youth and adult women in Vermont. She enjoys listening to audiobooks, laughing at a good meme, and going on adventures with her family.

ROBINA MOYER

Robina (she/her) has spent much of the last 15 years living and working in Alaska as a naturalist guide, environmental consultant, and program manager. As the Trailblazers Program Manager, Robina supports participants as they gain construction skills and pursue potential career changes, establishes relationships with trades employers throughout the state, and helps promote equity in the workplace. Outside of work, Robina enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and good coffee; she someday hopes to graduate from knitting hats to knitting sweaters.

Paige (she/her) joined VWW in March 2021 and provides career coaching and job search support. She draws on over 20 years of experience in the corporate world as a “people” consultant. As a certified life coach, she brings her passion for assisting adults in achieving their personal and professional goals. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, participating in winter activities, walking her dog, and spending time on the lake.

JENNIFER HILL

Justice Services Program Manager

Jennifer (she/her) joined VWW in March of 2026. She is a dedicated advocate for justice, equity, and systemic change. With a background in criminal legal system reform, harm reduction, and community-based support, she has worked extensively with individuals facing barriers such as incarceration, substance use, and housing instability. Through roles in case management, policy reform, and workforce development, Jennifer has helped bridge gaps between marginalized communities and essential resources. Outside of her work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, soaking up the sun in tropical destinations, and being an activist in her community.

CODY REED

Cody (she/her) comes to VWW with over nine years of nonprofit experience as an animal shelter administrator and vet technician at North Country Animal League. As, HR generalist and bookkeeper, she loves getting to meet new people and helping wherever and however she can. In her free time, you can usually find her working on a piece of art, homesteading, or hanging out with her many animals and two children.

Jillian (she/her) joined VWW in 2021 to support fundraising and marketing initiatives and has since grown into leading the organization’s marketing and communications efforts. In her role she boosts engagement, elevates storytelling, and amplifies VWW’s mission across platforms and audiences. Jillian also supports the Trailblazers team in program recruitment and coordination. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Northeastern University. Outside of work, Jillian enjoys reading, cooking, spending time outdoors, and going on adventures with her dog.

Ada (she/her) comes to VWW with a background in youth programming and social justice work. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies from the University of Vermont. As a Vermont native and former VWW program participant, Ada is passionate about supporting and empowering girls and gender-expansive youth around the state. In her free time, she enjoys baking, going to concerts, tending to her houseplants, and exploring the outdoors.

Katie (she/they) joins VWW with a background in education, mentorship, and community-based arts. She has spent years working with youth across Vermont and brings creativity and a deep commitment to empowering young people across the state. Outside of work, Katie is actively involved in the Vermont theatre community and can often be found adventuring in the Northeast Kingdom with her dog Luna or seeking out a good sauna and cold plunge.

Ellen helps VWW communicate effectively through engaging visuals and storytelling and to deliver strategies that support the organization's mission. Ellen loves making art, exploring new places, roller skating, and trying fun recipes.
