On Friday, March 27,  Vermont Works for Women joined Center for Women & Enterprise, CVOEO Financial Futures ProgramMercy Connections, Vermont Womenpreneurs, and the Vermont Women’s Fund to host Business Through the Looking Glass: A Reflect & Reset Networking Event for women+ entrepreneurs.

40+ small business owners participated in an interactive workshop on structured problem-solving using design thinking tools and peer collaboration. Facilitated by Emily Eley, participants worked in small groups to empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test real solutions to various challenges. Groups discussed challenges with sales & growth, time management & work-life balance, human resources & operations, and marketing.

It was an energizing day spent networking and participants walked away with actionable next steps to solving their challenges.
