Building carpentry skills through hands-on learning

Advance Vermont and MyFutureVT highlighted the career journey of a previous Trailblazer from her time in the program to now working as an apprentice at Lewis Creek Builders.

Meet Lily and learn about her education and career journey so far. Lily combines hands-on learning opportunities to build a foundation of skills in construction. As a Vermont Works for Women Trailblazers program alumna, LIFT teacher, and current apprentice, Lily’s experiences in the carpentry field are inspiring.
