Vermont Works for Women, originally known as Northern New England Tradeswomen, is founded in St. Johnsbury, with STEP UP as its core program, training women to enter and succeed in the skilled trades.
Vermont Works for Women promotes economic justice by advancing gender equity and supporting women and youth at every stage of their career journeys.
