Trailblazers talk with Birdseye Construction at a Job Fair in South Burlington.

November 21, 2024

Female and gender-expansive individuals interested in starting a career in the trades and Vermont’s Climate Workforce should join Vermont Works for Women and Vermont Adult Learning at the Trailblazers: Energy Works Job Fair in Rutland at The MINT on Thursday, November 21 from 5:30 PM– 7:00 PM.

Talk with local employers who are looking to hire in industries including: construction, weatherization, and heat pump installation.

Afterwards, stay to celebrate the graduation of our Trailblazers: Energy Works class.
