GEAR Quarterly Session – December

VWW’s Gender Equity Advancement Roundtable (GEAR) is a space for businesses, nonprofits, schools, and advocates to learn about best practices and policies for supporting women in the workplace. For a one-time annual fee, GEAR members receive an invitation to four roundtable sessions each year, where they have the opportunity to hear from gender equity experts and network with other professionals who are equally invested in supporting women’s economic independence. Quarterly GEAR Sessions take place virtually from 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm.

This session’s topic is intergenerational workplaces.
