Women Can Do is an annual, one-day trades and STEM career exploration conference for high school girls*.
Every year, hundreds of students attend Women Can Do to meet local employers, learn to use a variety of tools and equipment, and expand their sense of what’s possible in education and career pathways.
From the Action Expo to the Resource Hall, every part of Women Can Do is about supporting girls in stepping outside their comfort zones, taking positive risks, and feeling confident in making decisions about their futures.
*Vermont Works for Women welcomes anyone who identifies as a girl regardless of assignment at birth to attend Women Can Do. Our programs also welcome youth who are non-binary or gender expansive who are comfortable in a girl-centered space.
