Rosie’s Girls TECH in Burlington

by Jillian Scannell

Feb. 26 - Mar. 1

Vermont Works for Women (VWW) is excited to offer a special Rosie’s Girls TECH camp in partnership with Beta Technologies, GlobalFoundries, Inc., Marvell Technology, and OnLogic Industrial Computers this coming February!
Join us February 26 – March 1, 2024 for a full week of STEAM empowerment and career exploration!
Co-facilitated by VWW and the four partner business’ staff, Rosie’s Girls® TECH campers will spend a portion of each day visiting a partner business site. Through daily tours and hands-on activities at each partner business, campers will learn about different jobs, meet role models, and begin connecting their interests and passions and the opportunities ahead.  Before and after, we’ll pair fun, hands-on projects with Rosie’s Girls ® signature “Power Skills” curriculum. Power Skills activities and conversations are designed to expand campers’ self-confidence, sense of possibility, and connection with one another all while exploring topics important and relevant to middle school youth
