Save the date! Women Can Do, our one-day career exploration conference for high school girls, will take place October 10th in Randolph. VT employers are invited to participate in the Action Expo, Resource Fair, and as a sponsor of the event!

VWW is partnering with Vermont Adult Learning to offer an 8-week training program for women ages 18+ in basic construction, weatherization, and heat pump installation. Trailblazers: Energy Works starts October 1 in Rutland.

Coming up on September 17, HELM is hosting a Meet-Up for women, trans and non-binary folks in the trades in Montpelier, Vermont at Flywheel Industrial Arts, 5:00-7:00pm.

Join them for a casual and fun meet-up to connect, share experiences, and build a supportive community in a safe and inclusive space.
