Vermont Works for Women

Programs

Achieving economic independence is not a one-step process. It’s a progression over time. At Vermont Works for Women, we’re committed to supporting and inspiring women through innovative programs at every step along the way. Over 80% of our program graduates find jobs.

We work to provide career exploration, job skills training, work experience, and job placement for women with barriers to employment including single parents, women who have experienced violence in their lives, women returning to the community after incarceration and those recovering from drug and alcohol abuse.
