Program Coordinator - Modular Home Building Program

We are seeking a Program Coordinator for our innovative and award-winning Modular Home Building program – a job training program for incarcerated women at the Northwest State Correctional Facility in St. Albans. Responsibilities include training in job readiness and life skills, program outreach, curriculum development, and employment retention support. This position is for a dynamic, creative self-starter, an inspired teacher/trainer who has strong organizational skills and is looking for a supportive, stimulating work environment. Building Trades experience a plus but not required. 32 hours per week plus generous benefits package and competitive salary.
