Community Partners
Our programs reflect what’s happening in the marketplace and address the changing needs of women and girls. Understanding these trends informs how we create new programs and adapt existing ones. Working in partnership with local schools, businesses, public agencies, other non-profit organizations, program participants and parents is critical to our innovative culture. We are fundamentally collaborative – it’s how we manage ourselves, how we approach program development, and how we engage with partners, public and private funders, and donors.
- We are a member of the United Way of Chittenden County, National Transitional Jobs Network, National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity, Homebuilders and Remodelers’ Association of Northern Vermont, Non-Profit Technology Network, Vermont Girls Collaborative, Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility, and Vermont Green Builders Network.
- We are accredited by the Better Business Bureau and the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce.
- Our staff serve on the Workforce Investment Board, Creative Workforce Solutions, Chittenden Workforce Alliance, and the Adult Education Council.
